Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk234. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or Pakistani mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and balance forfeiture.
All pk234 bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements stated at the point of offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated playthrough conditions have been met in full. Bonus abuse will result in cancellation of promotional credits.
pk234 is required to verify player identity before processing withdrawals. You must submit valid Pakistani government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC within the stated timeframe will result in a temporary withdrawal hold.

pk234 prohibits match fixing, arbitrage betting through collusion, use of automated betting software, money laundering, sharing of account credentials, and any other activity designed to defraud pk234 or other players. Breaches will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the pk234 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and pk234 in respect of your use of the Platform and all services offered therein.
2.2 By completing the pk234 registration process and clicking the confirmation checkbox, or by continuing to use any pk234 service after the effective date stated in these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein.

2.4 pk234 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Use of the pk234 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

Providing false information about your age during registration is a material breach of these Terms and constitutes fraud. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be closed without notice, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
3.2 pk234 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Players who are unable to provide satisfactory evidence when requested will have their accounts suspended pending verification.
3.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the pk234 Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their country of residence and the country from which they are accessing the Platform. pk234 does not provide legal advice and cannot confirm the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.
4.1 To access real-money gaming and betting services on pk234, you must create a registered player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

4.4 pk234 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security, has shared their login details with a third party, or has used an unsecured or shared device to access the Platform.
The name registered on your pk234 account must exactly match the name on the government-issued identity document you submit during KYC verification. Discrepancies between registered account details and identity documents will delay or prevent withdrawal processing until resolved. You may update certain account details by contacting pk234 support, subject to satisfactory re-verification.
Important: Register your pk234 account using your real name exactly as it appears on your CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Using a nickname, alias, or incomplete name will cause delays when you request your first withdrawal.
5.1 pk234 is required under the conditions of its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered player accounts before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, and at any time pk234 deems verification necessary for compliance or anti-money laundering purposes.

pk234 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer from Pakistani financial institutions. All deposits are credited to your pk234 Balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the pk234 Cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits made by JazzCash and EasyPaisa are ordinarily credited to your pk234 Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to credit, depending on interbank processing times. pk234 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or Pakistani banking infrastructure.
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. pk234 will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the pk234 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Withdrawal processing timeframes are as follows:
Withdrawal Hold Policy: pk234 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests while conducting routine AML checks, enhanced KYC verification, or investigation of suspected bonus abuse. pk234 will notify affected players and endeavour to resolve holds within five business days.
All pk234 account balances, transactions, and game results are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk234 does not apply currency conversion charges at the Platform level. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with transactions are outside pk234's control and are the responsibility of the player.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry timeframes.
7.2 Where a specific promotion does not state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all pk234 promotions:

8.2 All casino and slot games on pk234 are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by the specific rules displayed within the game interface. Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. pk234 cannot override, reverse, or void game results except in circumstances of demonstrable technical malfunction.
pk234 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet where pk234 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in error, at incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error, on a market that pk234 subsequently determines was offered in violation of applicable rules, or in circumstances of suspected match manipulation.
8.4 In-play bets accepted by pk234 are binding once confirmation is displayed to the player. pk234 uses best-efforts technology to prevent acceptance of late in-play bets where a decisive event has already occurred but is not yet reflected in the live data feed; however, pk234 reserves the right to void any in-play bet where evidence demonstrates the outcome was known at the time of placement.
In the event of a Platform technical malfunction that causes an erroneous game result, incorrectly displayed odds, or a failure in bet placement confirmation, pk234 will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as practicable. pk234 reserves the right to void affected rounds or markets and return stakes to player balances. The decision of pk234's technical team regarding malfunction outcomes is final.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk234 and constitute material breaches of these Terms, subject to immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
Zero Tolerance Policy: pk234 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward match fixing, money laundering, and fraud. Where pk234 identifies evidence of these activities, affected account balances will be forfeited, accounts permanently closed, and relevant information shared with sports integrity bodies and law enforcement authorities without further notice to the player.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk234 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any pk234 content without prior written authorisation.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of pk234 intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, reproduction of game interfaces, or use of the pk234 brand in any manner not expressly authorised — will be pursued through available legal remedies.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk234's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform and these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pk234 Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 pk234 specifically excludes liability for:
12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit pk234's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by pk234's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Gambling Risk Disclosure: Sports betting and casino gaming involve risk of financial loss. pk234 does not guarantee that you will win. Past outcomes on pk234 do not predict future results. Never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose.
13.1 You may request closure of your pk234 account at any time by contacting pk234 customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, pk234 will process the closure within two business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC verification, less any applicable charges.
13.2 pk234 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its absolute discretion, in any of the following circumstances:
13.3 Where an account is closed by pk234 due to a breach of these Terms, pk234 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any real-money funds, where that balance was directly or indirectly obtained through the prohibited conduct in question.
14.1 pk234 may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect player rights or obligations — pk234 will provide registered players with at least seven days' notice via email before the revised Terms take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the pk234 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you object to any proposed amendment, you must notify pk234 before the amendment's effective date and cease using the Platform. Your account will be closed and any remaining real-money balance returned to you in accordance with Section 13.1.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk234 holds its gaming operating licence.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and pk234 arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance. You should submit your complaint to pk234 support in writing, detailing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. pk234 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within ten business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through pk234's internal complaints process within 30 days of a complaint being submitted, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service designated by pk234's licensing authority. Details of this service are available from pk234 support upon request.
15.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
